  4. Submit a payment form. No payment form = no processing of orders.

  5. Check the masterlist for the status of your order.

  • Fill out the PAYMENT FORM.

  • Wait for at least 24-48 hours to have your payment reflected in the masterlist.

  • Final shipping fees will be determined upon the arrival of the goods. SF stated in the order confirmation may also be adjusted depending on your order.

  • Shopee checkout is only allowed for ONHAND and READY-TO-SHIP items.

  • All pre-ordered items can only be shipped or claimed through couriers mentioned in Modes of Shipping.

  • Likewise, we do not offer COD.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL

  • All items are under Normal ETA = 4-8 weeks once shipped from Korea.

  • Ordering or paying on a certain date does not mean that the count for the 4-8 weeks also starts. The items undergo a consolidation process in which we wait until a whole box is filled at our KR address before it gets shipped to PH.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS!

  • CANCELLATION FEE = 50% of item price

  • Failure to pay for the cancellation fee will lead to being blocked/blacklisted from our shop.

COMBINED SHIPPING

  • NO COMBINED SHIPMENT unless orders are included on the same box or have arrived at the same time.
